In my opinion this Extremely RARE Key Date 1841 Seated Liberty Quarter Dollar 25c is in wonderful Almost Uncirculated AU+ condition. Exceptional Luster!!  Great White Coin!! Exceedingly Rare Date and one of the hardest to obtain in the series.  Very LOW mintage, and even lower survival rate.  Rare in any grade, let alone in Almost Uncirculated!!  Razor Sharp coin. Great eye appeal. An extremely Tough date, and much more rare to obtain in higher grades than the book prices reflect.  You have to throw the book out on this date, as market value and demand is much greater for high end specimens. This is a rare date in any condition, but almost impossible and ultra rare to find in Almost Uncirculated condition.  Most coins have been cleaned in some way in the past, so please assume this coin has to avoid any misunderstandings.
