Switch power supply is efficient with small-size, but the background noise they generate is as several times as the linear power supply and decrease the sound quality. So using linear power supply to improve audio sound quality is the choice for many audiophiles.
Features
Great improvement for sound quality: using LT1764 Low Dropout Regulator 50W sealed transformer, max 3A output current. After multi-stage filter, ripple is low to 20uV when full load, the background much purer without noise and the sound quality is greatly improved.
High-end material for better performance: Schottky rectifier tube, high-quality filter inductance, LT1764 with heat-sink for overheat protection, and aluminum shell to guarantee the circuit with stable voltage, small ripple and ultra low noise.
Switchable input voltage(110V/220V) and optional output voltage (5V/9V/12V/15V): there is AC switch inside suitable for global use. And with USB and DC(5.5mm/2.1mm) Output Interface, and with output voltage fine-tuning, easy and convenient for different use.
3-bit precision display and superior protection: easy to see the actual load and output voltage, and with over-temperature, over-current and fuse protection, and good heat dissipation to ensure it stably work for a long time.
Applicable Objects: suitable for upgrading the sound quality of DAC, headphone amplifiers, XMOS USB interface, digital players and other audio devices; set-top boxes, routers, NAS and other digital devices; Phones, Raspberry Pi and other USB devices.
