Lot of 40 US Civil War Bullets - Recovered by Homeowner.
This homeowner did extensive gardening on their home over 50+ years. They kept the bullets they unearthed. The bullets are likely from the Battle of Hanover (Gettysburg Campaign), or a minor skirmish around the same time.
Most appear to be standard Union Army bullets, a few are larger or have hit objects. Two appear to be Confederate (two bands) and one might be a Whitworth Sniper Round. (Lower left corner in main photo)
Case used for photos is not included.
