DESCRIPTION
BTX is a RingCentral Reseller Dealer in the San Jose Bay Area.  These phone(s) will require you to complete a contract with RingCentral before we can program the system and send you the phone(s).  Please reach out to us with any questions before completing the Ebay auction.  Once completed reach out to us and we will get the necessary company information from you to generate the RingCentral contract for you to DocuSign.
Your contract will include all of our programming and support services free of charge along with 1 free phone for each user account you sign up for now and as you grow.
Your price whether you order service direct from RingCentral or through us is the same, you just get our help porting numbers and setting up your system at no cost.  You can call us or RingCentral for help, we are just a lot faster at answering and know most our customers by name.
These ShoreTel Phones have been upgraded and flashed to work on the RingCentral system and all buttons and screen functions and labeling work only on the RingCentral system.  These phones work much better then a generic SIP phone on the system as RingCentral wrote the software for these phones.  These phones will no longer work on the ShoreTel/Mitel system.
You will receive 1 phone with handset and handset cord.

RETURN POLICY
All returns require pre approval before being accepted. Please contact us through ebay messaging center with any questions or concerns.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are open M-F 8:30AM to 5:30PM Pacific Standard Time. We use UPS and USPS services for both domestic & international shipments. Unless requested all items are sent using the base standard services available to your destination.
